Independent educational guide — Based on publicly available information about Shein’s Free Trial Center. We are not affiliated with Shein. Participation is selective and approval is never guaranteed. Always review the official terms of each campaign.
If you have opened Free Trial and felt unsure about the order of steps, that is common. The process is easier once the sequence is clear.
Below is how users submit requests, check results, and post feedback. Selection is never guaranteed; following the official rules helps avoid requests that fail at the start.
Sign in. In the app: profile → More Services (or Other Services) → Free Trial Center. On desktop, look for Free Trial under community or services. Browse current listings — inventory changes often.

Apply to a maximum of 3 items per week
You get 3 weekly opportunities. Unused slots do not roll over.
- Tap Free Trial on the product card
- Choose the correct size
- Confirm an address in the same country as the Shein site you are using
- Click Submit
Key detail: a shipping country that does not match the site usually blocks the request immediately.

Track status in My Free Trial
Results usually take about one week. Open My Free Trial / My Applications:
- Approved — a $0 order is generated and shipped automatically.
- Failed — that request did not go through. You can try other listings in the next weekly window.

Evaluate the item and publish feedback
If the item arrives, review quality, style, fit, fabric and construction. Submit a detailed report from My Report within 10 days of delivery.
A useful evaluation usually includes:
- Balanced notes on strengths and weaknesses
- One full-body photo and two detail shots
- Specific comments on sizing and material

Feedback upload interface
An accepted review usually adds about 20 points. A Quality Report may add about 100 extra points. If the first report is rejected, there is usually one rewrite.
